Start with a client delivery brief
Capture the end client's offer, target markets, account criteria, approved claims and exclusions before building a list. Name the agency contact who can approve changes and the sales owner who will receive meetings. The delivery brief should distinguish information the client confirmed from assumptions that still need research.
Keep client campaigns separate
Agree account access, sender identities, contact exclusions and reporting boundaries for each client. Check for conflicting outreach when clients share an audience. A shared delivery team should not mean shared prospect records or interchangeable messages; document which people can access each campaign and how changes are approved.
Make the handoff useful to the client's sales team
The handoff should include account fit, participant role, conversation context and open questions. Track booked, held and sales-accepted meetings separately. Have the agency collect feedback from the receiving sales owner so the delivery team can distinguish a targeting issue from a scheduling or discovery issue.
Agree delivery acceptance and change requests
- Define what makes an account, contact and meeting acceptable before launch.
- Specify review windows, reply coverage and escalation owners in the proposal.
- Treat a new country, language, channel or offer as a scope review.
- Agree asset ownership, account access removal and open-conversation handover before the engagement ends.

Questions and answers
- Is this the same as joining the partner programme?
- This page explains fulfillment for an individual client campaign. The partnership page covers agency fit, relationship ownership, onboarding and the commercial arrangements needed before you add clients.
- Can reports use our agency brand?
- Agree the brand assets, report format and approval owner during onboarding. Specify which client-facing materials need review before they are shared.
- Do you attend client calls?
- Confirm whether client-facing participation is included and how the delivery team will be introduced. Roles and disclosure arrangements should be clear in the agreed relationship.
- Is a fixed margin guaranteed?
- No. Your margin depends on the delivery quote, usage costs, your client price and your own account-management work. Compare the full scope before setting the retail price.
